Special Features/Comments: Pond has ducks/geese in it on a nice day, lots of trees, and is very close to the Vietnam and WWII memorials.

GETTING THERE:

Parking, Public Transit: Bus, Public Transit: Train

lBus Route: Parking available on Constitution Ave but it is limited. Bus #80 drops you off on Virginia Ave, between 18th and 19th St NW. From there, walk south to Constitution Ave and the park is across the street. Bus #31 drops you off at Virginia Ave NW and 21st St NW. From there, walk south along Virginia Ave to Constitution Ave and the park is across the street.

sTrain Line and Stop: 9, Farragut West, and Foggy Bottom are all equidistant and are all on the Blue/Orange Lines 1) From 9: walk directly West (away from the Capital building, towards the monument) for 0.8 miles. The park will be on the North side of the reflecting pool, past the monument. 2) From Farragut West: walk directly South on 17th St towards H street for 0.7 miles. When you come to the cross section of Constitution and 17th, the park will be on the opposite side. 3) From Foggy Bottom: walk directly south on 23rd St towards H street for 0.8 miles. When you hit Constitution Ave NW, take a left and walk a few blocks. The park will be on the opposite side of the street.
